BASIC-LEVEL WILL INCLUDE:

level 1 vanity cabinetry

level 1 granite remnant top
electrical updates
shower door not Included
fixtures remain in the same locations

MID-LEVEL WILL INCLUDE:

replace existing tub with tub or fiberglass
shower base or mud base tile shower
porcelain tile ﬂoor & shower walls
level 2 plumbing fixtures
level 2 vanity cabinetry
granite or quartz countertops
electrical changes & updates
shower door might be Included
fixtures remain in the same locations or limited ﬁxture movement

HIGH-END-LEVEL WILL INCLUDE:

remove existing tub & shower walls to allow a new bathroom design layouts
Install new tub
expanded mud base tile shower with Seat if part of design
natural stone floor
shower base & walls
level 3 plumbing fixtures
level 3 vanity cabinets
granite or quartz top
electrical changes or updates
custom shower doors
fixtures may be moved

All Bathrooms renovation projects usually don’t include permit fees, painting, decorative light fixtures, mirrors, and bath accessories.
